Dear Mr Keating,

It was just a few months ago when I exited from the St Doged Church and lost my footing when I slipped on the slate entrance steps.  I was very lucky to get away with just bruising and a shaking up.

Your offer to apply a non-slip coating to these steps at no cost to the church was accepted with open arms.  Thank you, the job is now complete and the steps are now safer to use than they ever were; even the visual impact of the non-slip application is impressive.
